Dear Friend,

Over the years, I have received some Thank You Letters from happy and satisfied patients who have put their trust and faith in me. I tend to read these letters over and over again. It makes my eyes gets wet and teary. It reminds me of the great privilege and tremendous honour that my patients have given me by choosing me as their physician.

These letters of gratitude are my greatest reward. They are my success stories. They are the stories of people whose lives I have been able to touch and impact. I cannot help but display them in this site so that I can share them with you.

Most people experience a lot of anxiety when they first come in to my clinic. My first priority is always to deal with the emotional fear of having an ENT examination. The whole process of diagnosis and examination has to be pleasant and to create a positive experience.

If you have a nose, sinus or ENT problem that is causing you a lot of anxiety, let me know. Give me the chance to help you. I have the training and skills to help. I look forward to the privilege of serving you.

Dear Dr Soh

1. Warmest Greetings to you in the Name of Our Risen Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ.
2. It has taken me quite awhile to write you this personal note. I can't find you name-card. Have just found it.
3. I couldn't recall an email sent to you to thank you for your kindness. I want to thank God for the sister (at your reception) who went ito your room to ask you for a better rate for my consultation and investigation.
4. I met you on 19 Dec 2002, the day I went to Mt Alvernia for a total hysterectomy. My pastor, Dr Tow Siang Hwa made the arrangement with Dr Quek Swee PEng to have the op done on me. By God's divine grace, I have fully recovered.
5. I consulted you for prolonged cough early Dec 2002. My cough stopped on 19 Dec 2003 then it came back 2 days later. It was tormenting. I do not know when I had stopped coughing. Thank God, I have been fine for the past 5 months.
6. Thank you again for your generosity. The LORD bless and keep.

Dear Dr Soh,

My vertigo problem, that had been plaguing me from August to November last year, that makes me in a very uncomfortable state, i.e. unable to walk properly and frequently confining me to bed. As a result, my work and social life were then badly affected.

In September last year, I also went for the MRI which found to be normal, as well as consultation with the ENT doctor, but there wasn't any improvement at all.

Somehow in mid November, I was very thankful that I have found you through a friend.

You are indeed the only one that helped me to overcome my Vertigo after two consultations, with great encouragement.

As such I am able to return back to work, more over my social life has also been improved drastically with other commitments on hand in church.

I also would like to take this opportunity to thank your wonderful assistant, Ms Christine for her guidance and patience for explaining the medication's usage to me.

I shall continue and sincerely remember your good advises that I promised I should never give up.

My husband Allan & I thank you sincerely for discovering a diagnosis in the nick of time & performing prompt surgery (Endoscopic Chronic Sinusitis) on my husband. God enabled for you to save him from a critical situation.

We have no words to thank you & compensate for it. May GOD bless you, your family, the nursing staff which attended on him at the time of the operation & your receptionist, a hundred fould, for the prompt attention, tests taken & the like.

Christopher obviously found the accident very traumatic, but the combination of medical excellence and caring nursing helped him recover with great speed.

I would like to extend a very big thank you to the doctors, Dr Kevin Soh, Dr James Lee and Dr Yap Soo Keong as well as to Sister Lim Yeow Hearn and all the nursing staff on Ward 12 who have been so very attentive and kind, not only to Christopher, but also to me - his worried mother.
